NGC 7643 = NGC 7644 is a spiral galaxy of the Hubble type Sc in the constellation Pegasus in the northern sky . It is an estimated 180 million light years from the Milky Way and about 75,000 light years in diameter .
The galaxies NGC 7627 , NGC 7639 , IC 1483 , IC 1484 are located in the same area of the sky .
The object was discovered by Édouard Stephan on September 24, 1873 .
