The 2015/16 season was the hosting of the British National Ice Hockey League . After the Elite Ice Hockey League and the English Premier Ice Hockey League, this represented the 3rd division of British ice hockey alongside the Scottish National League . In addition to the English and Welsh teams, a Scottish team also took part.

Mode and participants

The teams played in regional zones "North", which was divided into a Moralee Conference and a Laidler Conference below , and "South", which consisted of a first and lower class second division.
