Neco (musician)

Neco (aka Tahir Nejat Özyılmazel ; born July 24, 1948 in Yozgat ) is a Turkish pop singer and actor .

In the 1960s he was a singer in various orchestras. From 1971 he played in the musical Hair . His first single was released in 1974. He was selected to represent Turkey in the 1982 Eurovision Song Contest . With the pop song Hani? he ended up in 15th place.

In 1989 he was seen as Che in the musical Evita . From 2002 to 2004 he starred as Yorgo in the family sitcom Tatlı Hayat .
