Neuhofen is a hamlet , northeast of Loosdorf, in the community of Dunkelsteinerwald , Melk district , and is located in its own cadastral community .

The Reiserhof vineyard is also located in the village of Neuhofen . On January 1st, 2020 there were 89 residents in Neuhofen. In the Franziszeischen cadastre from 1822 Neuhofen is recorded with numerous homesteads.

To small monuments are a wooden bell and a niche chapel with a Pietà character group in the center (conservation, list entry ) as well as a rectangular fountain pool with pillar wall and Hl. John of Nepomuk statue in a column niche next house no. 13, and a pillar image floor with Niche west of the place available.
