Nico Bleutge
Nico Bleutge (born October 13, 1972 in Munich ) is a German writer .
life and work
Nico Bleutge grew up in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm . He wrote his first poems at the age of 15. From 1993 to 1998 he studied modern German literature , general rhetoric and philosophy in Tübingen . His poems have been published in numerous anthologies and literary magazines. In 2006 he made his debut with the volume of poetry “clear contours”. Since 2001 he has been working as a freelance literary critic for the Süddeutsche Zeitung , the Neue Zürcher Zeitung , the Tagesspiegel and the Stuttgarter Zeitung, among others . In 2009, the ORF series “Literature as Radio Art” featured the play “water. stones ”. Bleutge is a member of the PEN Center Germany and the Bavarian Academy of Fine Arts . He lives in Berlin .
