The Norwegian Championships in Nordic Combined 2018/19 took place over two weekends. The men's sprint and Gundersen competitions and the women's Gundersen competitions were held on November 17 and 18, 2018 in Oslo and Beitostølen , while the respective mass start and team sprint competitions on March 29 and 30, 2019 in Oslo took place. While Jarl Magnus Riiber won the sprint and the Gundersen, Jørgen Graabak won the championship title in the mass start and the team sprint with Espen Bjørnstad . In the women’s category , Gyda Westvold Hansen won both individual competitions and also the team sprint together with Marte Leinan Lund .

The sprint took place on November 17, 2018. The ski jump was held on Midtstubakken in Oslo , while the two laps of 2500 meters were run in Beitostølen . 42 athletes started. The later champion Jarl Magnus Riiber showed the best jump , while Magnus Moan had the best running time.
