Oliver Fleischer (born May 29, 1974 in Bottrop ) is a German theater and film actor .

Life

Oliver Fleischer comes from a civil servant family . At the age of 26 he moved to Berlin . Until then, he worked in his hometown of Bottrop as a singer in a metal band, defender at the American football club and co-founder of the Bottrop Breakfast Club .

He received his acting training from Friedrich-Wilhelm Junge and Jörg Mihan . In Berlin, following an advertisement, he found his first role in a children's musical as "Boom - the toy inventor". In response to another advertisement: “Male actor wanted for the two-man play“ My meat - my bed ”” , Fleischer was hired by the Theaterhaus Mitte . At one of the performances he was seen by a director from the Dresden State Theater , who offered him the role of Mephisto in Urfaust .

In 2003 Fleischer stood in front of the camera for the first small television roles. The first movie followed a year later: The time after mourning at Joachim Assböck's side . This was followed by leading episode roles, including in Adelheid and their murderers or in Nikola , both in 2005. In 2006 he stood in front of the camera with Anke Engelke and Bastian Pastewka in the Brainpool production Pastewka . In 2007, Fleischer took on the second male lead alongside Oliver Pocher in the movie Vollidiot based on the novel by Tommy Jaud .

In 2007 he also appeared as King Theseus in the Shakepeare comedy A Midsummer Night's Dream at the Kammerspiele Bochum .

In 2008 he was seen as a detective at the side of Annette Frier , Christoph M. Ohrt and Oliver Mommsen in the Pro7 production Peggy under pressure . Fleischer was also seen as a detective inspector in the television series Lutter at the side of Joachim Król , Matthias Koeberlin and Armin Rohde . In addition to Jeanette Biedermann , he played Leo, the director of a gospel choir , in the film Mein Song für dich (2010).

He lives in Haan .
