The Otoyol 20 motorway ( Turkish Ankara Çevre Otoyolu , O-20 for short ) is the city motorway of the Turkish city of Ankara . Three kilometers of the motorway are three-lane on both sides, the remaining 107 kilometers are four-lane on both sides. The motorway ring, built from 1993 to 1997, is in connection with the O-4 to Istanbul , another connection with the O-21 to Adana is being planned.
