The Turkish motorway Otoyol 21 ( Turkish Pozantı - Adana Otoyolu , O-21 for short ) represents the motorway route Tarsus - Ankara . The motorway is completed as far as Niğde . The motorway is three lanes on both sides.

Between 1981 and 1993 the first section of the motorway was built together with the start of the Otoyol 51 .

The second and last section between Ankara and Niğde is under construction and should be completed in the next few years.
