Gölbaşı (German: tributary in the sense of a tributary flowing into a lake ) is a district or, since 1984, an urban district of the Ankara province in Turkey .

The lakes Mogan and Eymir and some green areas are located in its vicinity. Even if the Eymir Lake belongs to the Technical University of the Middle East and can therefore only be visited to a limited extent, Gölbaşı is a popular destination for the people of Ankara.
