The Oussouye department is one of 45 departments that make up Senegal and one of three departments that make up the Ziguinchor region . It is located in the "Basse (baja) Casamance " in the southwest of Senegal with the capital Oussouye . The Cap Skirring holiday region with the Cap Skirring international airport is located in this department .
