Over the Years and Through the Woods is the first live album by the Californian stoner rock band Queens of the Stone Age . The album consists of a CD and a DVD and shows the band during their tour of their fourth studio album Lullabies to Paralyze .
Recordings
The album was recorded on two evenings in London . On August 22, 2005 , Queens of the Stone Age played at Brixton Academy , the following day at the Koko Club. As the title suggests, the bonus material was recorded over the years, more precisely from June 1999 to April 2005.

particularities
- The song in the DVD menu is called Spiders and Vinegaroons and comes from the Kyuss / Queens-of-the-Stone-Age - Split EP.
- According to the title of the DVD, small clips showing former band members both backstage and live can be seen continuously during the main concert.
- All bonus songs have audio comments from the 5 band members, which can be activated by switching on the subtitles or changing the audio track.
- The songs I Wanna Make It Wit Chu and The Fun Machine Took a Shit and Died were played live for the first time at Brixton Academy. The second was given away as a record to the audience because the planned London concerts had to be canceled several times.
