LEDA / PGC 197601 (also NGC 704B ) is a lens-shaped galaxy of the Hubble-type S0 in the constellation Andromeda. It is around 217 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of around 25,000 light years. The galaxy is considered a member of the Abell 262 galaxy group . Together with NGC 704 , it forms a gravitationally bound galaxy pair.
In the same area of the sky are u. a. the galaxies NGC 703 , NGC 705 , NGC 708 , NGC 710 .
