The women's 4-by-400-meter relay at the 2011 Pan American Games took place on October 28 at the Telmex Athletics Stadium in Guadalajara .

Six seasons took part in the competition. The gold medal was won by Cuba after 3: 28.09 min, silver went to Brazil with 3: 29.59 min and the bronze medal was secured by Colombia with 3: 29.94 min.
