The women's 100 meter hurdles at the 2015 Pan American Games took place on July 21 at the CIBC Pan Am and Parapan Am Athletics Stadium in Toronto .

17 runners from eleven countries took part in the competition. The gold medal was won by Queen Harrison after 12.52 seconds, which was also a new record for the Pan American Games. Silver went to Tenaya Jones with 12.84 s and Nikkita Holder won the bronze medal with 12.85 s.
