Panik was a rock band from Neumünster that was active from 2002 to 2011 . The band became known to a wider audience in 2007 under the name Nevada Tan (derived from the Japanese murderess known as Nevada-tan ), before they split up with their producer team in early 2008 and returned to their original name.
In 2016 they founded a new band under the name Zorkkk and want to try a comeback.

The band had their first major live appearance in 2007 as Nevada Tan at The Dome 41 on March 2, 2007 in the SAP Arena in Mannheim .
With their debut single Revolution , released on March 30, 2007 , the band members, who were not even 20 years old on average, achieved a nationwide chart hit. This can not least be attributed to the large presence in youth media such as Bravo and VIVA . For example, at the beginning Bravo only depicted the band with masked faces and published portraits drawn by the Berlin artist Marie Sann along with photos of members in Manga style. On April 13, 2007, the group's first official album, Nobody Heard You, was released. In June 2007, Gone became the second single from the debut album.
In 2008 the band hosted the state of Schleswig-Holstein at the Bundesvision Song Contest with the song What would you do? where she finished sixth. In Russia Panik received a gold record for their album Nobody Heard You . Also in 2008 the band took part in the Kika production Dein Song as a music sponsor . You support Joshua on the show, who won Stubenrocker with his song .
In November 2009 the band announced on their website that the upcoming tour at the end of the year will be their last in this constellation. The news that had been spread shortly before via Bravo that panic would dissolve was not authorized by the band. Only Timo Sonnenschein and David Bonk stayed in the band. At the end of 2009 they released the song Es ist Zeit as a free download.
The album Panik , which was released in 2009, only reached number 38 in the German charts and missed entry in Austria and Switzerland, which is why the band split due to the lack of success. The pre-release single Lass mich fall only reached number 62 in Germany and also missed entry in Austria and Switzerland.
From November 2010 to March 2011, Sonnenschein was involved in the work of the German singer LaFee's album Frei as a songwriter. David Bonk was the producer of the album with Peter Hoffmann, which reached number 14 in Germany .
Since 2011, Sonnenschein and Bonk have been active under the project name BonkSonnenschein . Linke emigrated to Los Angeles after leaving the band to start a solo career. After a while, however, he began to work there for Riot Games , the developers of the League of Legends computer game . There he is responsible for the music of the game and various marketing videos.
2016 David Bonk, Timo sunshine and Frank Ziegler under the name Zorkkk teamed up again and released the song state of emergency . In February 2017 they gave a 10 YRS Panik Live concert in Hamburg with five of the former Panik members. Christian Linke was not there due to his stay abroad. In June 2017 they played another concert in Moscow.
style
The group's music combines a lot of rap elements with an alternative rock sound that is often reminiscent of Linkin Park . In panic, however, the crossover is supplemented with German texts.

Timo Sonnenschein's stepfather is a bass player in the band Illegal 2001 .
David Bonk has won several prizes for his piano playing at Jugend musiziert . Since 2009 Bonk has also appeared as a music producer. He is currently producing the new album for the befriended band Destination Anywhere . He also produces a few songs with the band Aloha from Hell .
Christian Linke's sister is the author CR Scott (formerly André Linke).
Frank Ziegler published the song Weinen in 2009 together with Martin Kilger . He then went on a club tour with Kilger. Also plays Frank Ziegler in the movie groupies did not stay for breakfast by director Marc Rothemund with the 2010 was released.
