Parabiago is a northern Italian municipality with 28,096 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the metropolitan city of Milan , Lombardy .

The city benefited from its convenient location on the way from Milan to Switzerland during industrialization in the 19th century.

The city consists of the districts of Ravello, San Lorenzo, Villastanza and Villapia. The neighboring municipalities are: Cerro Maggiore , San Vittore Olona , Canegrate , Nerviano , Busto Garolfo , Casorezzo and Arluno .

One of the most famous structures is the Parabiago Church.

• Martina Alzini (* 1997), cyclist
• Libero Ferrario (1901–1930), cyclist and world champion, born in Parabiago. The “Stadio Civico” of Parabiago is named after him and the local cycling club is called Societá Ciclista Libero Ferrario Parabiago . An amateur race, the Targa Libero Ferrario , is also held in his memory.
