The parliamentary elections in Sierra Leone in 1967 took place on March 17, 1967 in Sierra Leone .
Result
The election was won by the opposition All People's Congress (APP). It was the first time in sub-Saharan Africa that an opposition party had won an election. The takeover of power by the APP was delayed due to a coup until 1968.
