Patricia "Patti" D'Arbanville (born May 25, 1951 in New York ) is an American actress .

Life

D'Arbanville made his teenage debut in the 1968 erotic film Flesh by Paul Morrissey and Andy Warhol . Shortly thereafter, Gérard Brach cast them alongside Michel Simon and Paul Préboist for his film La Maison . In David Hamilton's debut film Bilitis (1977), she received the leading role and praise for her sensitive play. In the comedy What, you don't want to? (1979) she appeared on the side of Barbra Streisand , Kristine DeBell and Ryan O'Neal . In the comedy honey, you shine so much! (1981) played one of the leading roles alongside Chevy Chase . She starred alongside Charlie Sheen in the 1985 thriller Blind Rage . She played larger roles alongside Molly Ringwald and Ben Stiller in the film drama Tender Love (1988) and on the side of Robert De Niro and Wesley Snipes in the thriller The Fan (1996).

From 1998 to 2000 D'Arbanville appeared in several episodes of the television series Springfield Story . She was nominated for the Soap Opera Digest Award for her role there in 2000 .

Patti D'Arbanville was married three times. 1976 to 1977 with the French actor Roger Mirmont and 1980 to 1981 with the actor Steve Curry. She has three children from her marriage to the actor Terry Quinn (1993-2000). She is also the mother of Jesse Johnson (* 1982), the eldest son of Don Johnson .

She inspired the musician Cat Stevens , with whom she was dating in the late 1960s, to write the songs Lady d'Arbanville, Hard-Headed Woman and Wild World .
