Patvarc is a Hungarian community in the county Balassagyarmat in Nógrád county .
Geographical location
Patvarc is a good four kilometers east of the town of Balassagyarmat , on the small river Fekete-víz . Neighboring municipalities are Őrhalom, Nógrádmarcal and Csitár .
