Paul Fleischmann

Paul Theodor Fleischmann (born September 23, 1889 in Freiburg in Silesia , † June 7, 1965 in West Berlin ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Life

Fleischmann was head of the city council of Nowawes from 1925 to 1933 . From 1948 to 1953 he held various titles as the Berlin Senator for Labor. From 1958 until his death, Fleischmann was a member of the Berlin House of Representatives . In addition, he was President of the Berlin State Labor Office from 1952 to 1957.

Paul Fleischmann died in Berlin in 1965 at the age of 75. His grave is in the Zehlendorf cemetery . The final resting place of Paul Fleischmann is dedicated as an honor grave of the state of Berlin . Since Fleischmann was the city elder of Berlin , the dedication - in contrast to the majority of Berlin's honorary graves - is not limited in time.
