Pićan ( Italian: Pedena ; Latin: Petina ; German: Piben older also Biben ) is a former diocese and a municipality with 1,827 inhabitants (2011 census) in the Istria County , Croatia . It is located in the fertile region of Čepićko Polje , where wine, pumpkins and tomatoes are grown.
