Pedro Bispo Moreira Júnior (born January 29, 1987 in Santana do Araguaia ), also known as Pedro Júnior , is a Brazilian football player .

Career

Pedro Júnior learned to play football in the youth team of Vila Nova FC in Goiânia . Here he also signed his first professional contract in 2005. In the same year he was loaned to Gremio Porto Alegre . He moved to Japan in mid-2007 via the Brazilian stations Cruzeiro Belo Horizonte and AD São Caetano . Here he signed a contract with Ōmiya Ardija in Ōmiya-ku . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . In early 2009 he moved to Albirex Niigata in Niigata for eight months . In the following years he played for the Japanese clubs Gamba Osaka and FC Tokyo . In 2012 he went back to his homeland, where he played for the clubs AD São Caetano and Vila Nova FC. In 2013 he moved back to Asia . Here he signed a contract with Jeju United in South Korea . The club from Jeju-si played in the first division, the K League 1 . After a year he went back to Japan. Here took in Vissel Kobe under contract. The club from Kobe played in the first division, the J1 League. In 2017 he signed a contract with league rivals Kashima Antlers in Kashima . In mid-2018 he moved to China , where he joined the second division side Wuhan Zall from Wuhan on loan. With the club he became champion of the China League One in 2018 and thus rose to the first division, the Chinese Super League . In 2019 he went back to his homeland, where he was signed by Fortaleza EC , an association based in Ceará . After six weeks he moved back to Asia, where he signed a contract with the Thai first division club Buriram United in Buriram . After 15 games in the Thai League , he moved to the United Arab Emirates after the Hinserie . Here he was signed by the Khor Fakkan Club , who play in the UAE First Division League , the country's second division . In 2020 he went to Thailand again. Here he signed a contract with the first division club Samut Prakan City FC in Samut Prakan . At the beginning of 2020, after the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, he decided to terminate the contract and return to his family in Brazil. For Samut he completed three games in the Thai League.
