Peter Baltes (musician)
Peter Baltes (born April 4, 1958 in Solingen ) is a German musician. Since joining the heavy metal group Accept in 1976, he has recorded a total of 15 albums as bassist and took over the vocals on their early albums and later on the 1996 album Predator . Its main instrument is a Fender Precision . In addition to his work at Accept, Baltes has been the bass player in the supergroup Deuxmonkey founded by the former anthrax guitarist Dan Spitz since 2009 .
On November 28, 2018, Baltes announced that he was leaving Accept.
