David Reece

David L. Reece is an American heavy metal singer, best known for his collaboration with the German band Accept . He sang on the 1989 album Eat the Heat .

Career

Reece grew up in Oklahoma . His first recordings as a singer can be heard in the 1989 debut of local rock band Dare Force. He also sang on a demo for the hard rock band Sacred Child. For two years he was a singer with Accept. After being kicked out of Accept, he founded the heavy metal band Bangalore Choir and released an album with them. The band consisted of members of Hericane Alice - a band that Reece had previously turned down. He also took a demo with Lillian X on. In the following years he released two albums as Sircle of Silence with Larry Farkas from Vengeance Rising , Jay Schellen from Hurricane and Greg Chaisson, formerly with the band Badlands . He then released an album with the US band Stream.

In 2007 Reece recorded an album with the Swedish band Gypsy Rose . His first solo album was released on August 28, 2009. It was recorded with Andy Susemihl (ex- UDO ), Stefan Schwarzmann (formerly UDO, at the time Accept) and Jochen Fünders (ex- Holy Moses ). A little later, Reece reformed his band Bangalore Choir, and in 2011 an album with Gypsy Rose guitarist Martin Kronlund followed. At the beginning of 2015 Reece joined the German hard rock band Bonfire and recorded the album Glörious . The album charted straight away in the German album top 50 GFK charts. Then he went on a European tour with Bonfire.
