Peter Heinrich (born October 10, 1947 in Neunkirchen, † October 13, 1998 in Großhansdorf ) was a German actor , director , dubbing and radio play speaker .

Life

Peter Heinrich received his acting training in Heidelberg and had engagements at the Residenztheater in Munich and at the Berlin Schiller Theater . In the mid-1980s Heinrich came to Hamburg, where he first appeared at the Theater im Zimmer and the Kammerspiele , until Friedrich Schütter took him to the Ernst-Deutsch-Theater in 1987, to which he was an actor and director for ten years. From 1995 to 1997 Heinrich also made a guest appearance at the Bad Hersfeld Festival , where he was seen as Mephisto in a Faust production by Johannes Kaetzler and in the Rocky Horror Show . In 1995 he was awarded the Great Hersfeld Prize for his portrayal of the emcee in the musical Cabaret .

Since the early 1970s, Peter Heinrich was occasionally seen on television. He played various guest roles in the metropolitan area or took part in other series such as Our Hagenbecks or Schulz & Schulz . For the feature film Die Klette with Désirée Nosbusch , Peter Sattmann and Eleonore Weisgerber in the leading roles, he wrote the screenplay in 1986 together with Horst Bosetzky .

Peter Heinrich was also extensively involved in dubbing and lent his voice to numerous fellow actors, B. EE Clive in a later dubbed version of The Dog from Baskerville from 1939, Danny Glover in Flight through Hell or Joey Travolta in Amazons on the Moon or Why the Americans have the channel full . He also voiced the role of Tattoo (played by Hervé Villechaize ) in the Fantasy Island series . Heinrich also took part in a number of radio play productions.

Three days after his 51st birthday, Peter Heinrich died of complications from cancer and was buried at sea.
