Peter Sattmann

Peter Sattmann (born December 26, 1947 in Zwickau ) is a German actor and musician .

Life

Sattmann, born in Zwickau in 1947, moved with his parents Gerda and Ferdinand Sattmann from Zwickau to Friedrichshafen on Lake Constance at the age of nine . There he attended the Graf-Zeppelin- Gymnasium. In eleventh grade, he dropped out of high school to devote himself to acting. He attended the New Drama School in Munich , went to the German Theater in Göttingen in 1969 and was voted Actor of the Year at the Württemberg State Theater in Stuttgart in 1975 and 1977. In 1970 Peter Sattmann's first daughter, Katrin Sattmann, was born.

Sattmann was particularly successful in the 1980s in multi-part television programs and series such as The Riddle of the Sandbank , Bastard and The Great Secret .

From 1990 to 1998 he lived with Katja Riemann . In 1993 their daughter Paula Riemann was born. In 2019, his autobiography was published under the title My Life Is Not a Screenplay .
