Peter Heinrich Erdmann von Bandemer also Peter Henning Erdmann von Bandemer (* approx. 1704 in Pomerania ; † March 30, 1757 in Lichtenstein ) was a Prussian major and commander of a grenadier battalion .

Life

Peter Heinrich Erdmann was a member of the Pomeranian noble family von Bandemer . In 1719 he entered the 23rd Infantry Regiment of the Prussian Army . He was promoted to ensign on August 12, 1726 . He took part in the first two Silesian Wars and was among the wounded captains of Infantry Regiment No. 23 before Thrush . On May 27, 1747, he was awarded the order of Pour le Mérite as captain . Bandemer became major in June 1756. At the beginning of the Seven Years' War the king assigned him a grenadier battalion, which was composed of two grenadier companies from regiments No. 1 and No. 23. He died surprisingly of a lung infection during the campaign.

Since 1751 he was the master of Kuckow in the Stolp district .
