The Polish Summer Ski Jumping Championships 2016 took place from October 7th to 9th, 2016. While the men's competitions were held on the Adam Małysz ski jump in Wisła , the women held their competition on the Skalite middle hill in Szczyrk . In addition to the senior competitions, the junior championships were held in Szczyrk on October 7th. The athletes in junior classes A and B jumped on the normal Skalite hill, while the youngest class C determined its winner from the middle hill. The championships were organized by the Polish Ski Association PZN .

Venue: Malinka

The individual competition took place on October 8, 2016 on the large hill Malinka ( HS 134 ) in Wisła. 36 athletes were registered, all of whom were included in the ranking. The defending champion Dawid Kubacki did not start. Maciej Kot showed the longest jump in the first round, with which he laid the basis for his championship title early on.

The individual competition took place on October 7th, 2016 from the Skalite-Mittelschanze (HS 77) in Szczyrk. 15 athletes were registered, all of whom were included in the ranking. The future champion Anna Twardosz showed the longest jump of the day with 72.5 meters. Vice- champion was Kinga Rajda , who, like Twardosz, attended the SMS Szczyrk sports school.
