The Pontins Professional 2000 was a snooker tournament in the 1999/2000 season . It was held from May 13-20 at Pontins' holiday resort in Prestatyn on the north coast of Wales. The 27th edition of the tournament since 1974 was also the last, the tournament was then discontinued.

Jimmy White was able to move into the final after his victory last year. There he was clearly defeated by 2: 9 against Darren Morgan . The Pontins Professional in Prestatyn ended as it had started: with the victory of a Welshman. Morgan also repeated his 1989 title win , making it the fourth Welsh multiple winner .

Final round
