The Pontins Professional 1991 was a snooker tournament for the 1990/91 season . It was held from May 11th to 18th at the Pontins' holiday resort in Prestatyn on the north coast of Wales.

Stephen Hendry did not compete to defend his title. Last year's finalist Mike Hallett made it to the final again, but for the second time in a row and for the third time in total he came in second. Neal Foulds took the title again with a 9-6 win after 1987 .
