The 1991 Benson & Hedges Masters was an invitation-only snooker tournament for the 1990/91 season that was held from February 3 to 10, 1990 at the Wembley Conference Center in London . It was the 17th edition of the Masters.

Stephen Hendry won the final against Mike Hallett 9-8 after he was already 0-7 and 2-8 behind. For Hendry it was the third Masters title in a row.
