The 2002 Benson & Hedges Masters was an invitation-only snooker tournament for the 2001/02 season that was held from February 3 to 10, 2002 at the Wembley Conference Center in London . It was the 28th edition of the Masters.

Paul Hunter was able to successfully defend his title. He defeated Mark Williams 10: 9 in the final .

Last year's finalist Fergal O'Brien defeated Steve Davis 6-5 in the wildcard round . In the second game of the wildcard round, Benson & Hedges Championship winner Ryan Day beat Dave Harold 6-3.
