The Benson & Hedges Masters 1990 was an invitation-only snooker tournament of the 1989/90 season that was played from February 4 to 11, 1990 at the Wembley Conference Center in London . It was the 16th edition of the Masters.

For the first time, 18 participants took part in the Masters. In the wildcard round, James Wattana defeated Dean Reynolds 5-4 and Steve James beat Alex Higgins 5-2.

As in the previous year, Stephen Hendry won the final against John Parrott , but this year 9: 4.
