The WPBSA Pro Ticket Series 89/90 1988 - Event 2 was a snooker qualifying tournament qualified for the 1989/90 season. The winner of the tournament was the finalist of the previous tournament James Wattana , who defeated the Scots Duncan Campbell in the final. Campbell played in the semifinals with a 133 break, the highest break of the tournament and at the same time the only century break of the tournament.
