The Fersina Windows World Cup 1989 was a team competition at the Snooker - 1988/89 season . It was held from March 21 to 24, 1989 at the Bournemouth International Center in Bournemouth , England .

The English team with Steve Davis , Jimmy White and Neal Foulds won the World Cup for the fourth time with a 9: 8 win in the final against the Rest of the World team with Dene O'Kane , Tony Drago and Silvino Francisco . The final was decided by a re-spotted black .
