The Masters 2004 was a snooker invitation tournament of the 2003/04 season , which was held from February 1 to 8, 2004 at the Wembley Conference Center in London . It was the 30th edition of the Masters.

Paul Hunter won the Masters for the third time. In the final he defeated Ronnie O'Sullivan 10: 9. Defending champion Mark Williams lost to Paul Hunter in the quarterfinals .

Ding Junhui won 6-3 against Joe Perry in the wildcard round , while Neil Robertson lost 6-2 to Jimmy White .
