The 2003 Benson & Hedges Masters was an invitation-only snooker tournament for the 2002/03 season that was held from February 2 to 9, 2003 at the Wembley Conference Center in London . It was the 29th edition of the Masters.

Mark Williams won the final against Stephen Hendry 10: 4 and won the Masters for the second time. Williams had defeated Paul Hunter , the 2001 and 2002 winner , in the semifinals .

In the wildcard round, Alan McManus defeated Mark Davis 6-5 and Steve Davis Joe Swail 6-3.
