Roman Catholic Church in Cambodia
The Roman Catholic Church in Cambodia has been represented by an Apostolic Nunciature , a diplomatic mission of the Holy See , since 1999 . Salvatore Pennacchio has been the nuncio since 2003 .
The following administrative units have been set up in Cambodia:
- Battambang Apostolic Prefecture , founded in 1968

- Apostolic Vicariate Phnom-Penh , founded 1850/1924
Most of the Christians in Cambodia are from Vietnam ; this leads to riots between Vietnamese and Cambodians again and again.
