The Apostolic Administration Uzbekistan ( Latin : Apostolica Administratio Uzbekistanianus ) is a Roman Catholic Apostolic Administration based in Tashkent in Uzbekistan .

history

Pope John Paul II founded the Mission sui juris on September 29, 1997 from cession of territory by the Apostolic Administration of Kazakhstan .

With the Apostolic Constitution Totius dominici gregis it was elevated to the Apostolic Administration on April 1, 2005.
