Rafał Radziszewski (born July 10, 1981 in Sosnowiec ) is a Polish ice hockey goalkeeper who has been under contract with KS Cracovia in the Ekstraliga since 2004 .
Career
Rafał Radziszewski began his career as a hockey player in his hometown with Zagłębie Sosnowiec , for whose professional team he was active from 2001 to 2003 in the Ekstraliga , the highest Polish league. During the 2003/04 season , the goalkeeper played for his league rivals Podhale Nowy Targ . For the 2004/05 season , the national player moved within the Ekstraliga to KS Cracovia . With his new team he was Polish champion in 2006, 2008, 2009 and 2011 .
International
For Poland , Radziszewski took part in the junior division only in the U20 junior world championship in Division I 2001 . In the senior sector, he was in his country's squad at the World Championships in Division I in 2003 , 2004 , 2005 , when he achieved the best catch quota and the lowest goals against goals of the tournament in 2006 , 2008 , 2009 , 2011 , 2015 and 2016 . He was also part of the squad for the qualifying tournaments for the Winter Olympics in Turin in 2006 , in Vancouver in 2010 and in Sochi in 2014 , although he was not used in the 2014 qualification.
