The Raiffeisen - my eG is a cooperative bank in Bavaria . Its business area is located in the south-western part of the Neumarkt district in Upper Palatinate and in the middle of the Roth district . It is registered with the number 147 in the Nuremberg Cooperative Register.

history

The history of Raiffeisen - my bank goes back to December 15, 1892, when a loan association was founded in Forchheim . In 1968 this merged with the loan association founded in Sulzkirchen in 1911 to form RB Forchheim-Sulzkirchen. In 1970 the Burggriesbach Loan Association and the Grossberghausen Savings and Loan Association were incorporated.

In 1964 the Sondersfeld loan association (founded in 1905), the Möning loan association (founded in 1907) and the Aßlschwang - Rohr savings and loan association (founded in 1925) merged to form Raiffeisenbank Freystadt. The merger with the Thannhausen Loan Association, founded in 1905, followed in 1969 and that with the Mörsdorf Loan Association, founded in 1913. In 1996 the Raiffeisenbank Forchheim-Sulzkirchen was integrated into the Raiffeisenbank Freystadt.

The Rudertshofen Loan Association (founded in 1897), the Erasbach Loan Association (founded 1906) and the Berching Savings and Loan Association (founded 1907) merged in 1963 to form Raiffeisenbank Berching eG. In 1964 it merged with the Fribertshofen Loan Association, founded in 1912, and with the Ernersdorf Loan Association (founded in 1925) and the Oening Loan Association (founded in 1908) in 1967 .

The Mühlhausen - Bachhausen Loan Association (founded in 1912) and the Wappersdorf Savings and Loan Association (founded in 1925) merged in 1966 and renamed the Raiffeisenbank Mühlhausen the following year. In 1968 they merged with the Pollanten Loan Association (founded in 1905) and in 1970 with the Weidenwang Savings and Loan Association (founded in 1910).

In 1998 the merger to Raiffeisenbank Berching-Mühlhausen and in 2003 to Raiffeisenbank Berching-Freystadt-Mühlhausen took place.

In June 2018 the merger of Raiffeisenbank am Rothsee with Raiffeisenbank Berching-Freystadt-Mühlhausen to form Raiffeisen - my bank took place. It took effect retrospectively on January 1, 2018. The bank code of Raiffeisenbank Berching-Freystadt-Mühlhausen will be continued. This gave the bank its new name Raiffeisen - my bank and the subtitle Die Regionalbank between Rothsee and Sulz , alluding to the business area roughly delimited by the waters of Rothsee and Sulz. The seat was moved from Berching to Hilpoltstein.

Corporate structure

The Raiffeisen - my bank as a bank operates the universal banking business . The predecessor Raiffeisenbank Berching-Freystadt-Mühlhausen on the BVR list of all cooperative banks as of December 31, 2017, the bank occupies 485th place out of a total of 913 cooperative banks and Raiffeisenbank am Roth is 566th. Today Raiffeisen - my bank has eight branches in Allersberg, Berching , Freystadt, Heideck, Hilpoltstein, Meckenhausen, Mühlhausen and Sulzkirchen and a self-service point in Freystadt.

The former Raiffeisenbank Berching-Freystadt-Mühlhausen spun off the goods business on January 1, 2007 to Raiffeisen-Handels-GmbH im Jura (RHG im Jura). In June 2008 BayWa took over 16.7% of the shares in RHG im Jura as part of a capital increase. In June 2015, Raiffeisenbank Neumarkt eG transferred the goods business of Raiffeisen Waren GmbH to RHG in Jura. Raiffeisen - my bank 58.2%, Raiffeisenbank Neumarkt 30.2% and BayWa 11.6% of the company shares currently hold. It operates the following seven locations with 38 employees: A central transshipment warehouse is operated on the Mühlhausen site and a warehouse in Berching, Freystadt, Berngau , Berg , Pilsach and Siegenhofen .

Raiffeisen - my bank - has a one-third stake in Raiffeisen Waren in the Roth district.
