Raman Aljaksandrawitsch Haloutschenka ( Belarusian Раман Аляксандравіч Галоўчэнка ; Russian Роман Александрович Головченко Roman Alexandrovich Golowtschenko * 10. August 1973 in zhodzina , Byelorussian SSR ) is a Belarusian politician . From June 4, 2020 to August 17, 2020, he was Prime Minister of Belarus .

Career

Haloutschenka graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations in 1996 and the Administration Academy under the President of the Republic of Belarus in 2003. In 2013 he was appointed Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates . In 2018 he became the ambassador for Qatar , Kuwait and Saudi Arabia .

At the beginning of June 2020, Haloutschenka was appointed the new Prime Minister of Belarus by President Aljaksandr Lukashenka .

After protests in Belarus in 2020 , he resigned on August 17, 2020.
