Reinhard foam

Reinhard Schaum (born August 7, 1839 in Ortenberg ; † unknown) was a Hessian economist and politician ( NLP ) and a member of the 2nd Chamber of the Estates of the Grand Duchy of Hesse .

Reinhard Schaum was the son of the district judge Rudolf Schaum (1806-1850) and his wife Auguste, nee Westenmacher. Foam, who was of Protestant faith, was an economist in Herrnhaag near Büdingen and remained unmarried.

From 1872 to 1875 and again from 1882 to 1887 he was a member of the Second Chamber of the Estates. He was first elected for the constituency of Oberhessen 2 / Nauheim and then for Oberhessen 1 / Vilbel.

He probably emigrated to America around 1888.
