Friedrich Reinhard Gottfried Adolf Wilhelm Hallwachs (* July 13, 1829 in Darmstadt , † July 27, 1886 in Falkenstein ) was a national liberal Hessian politician and member of the Second Chamber of the Estates of the Grand Duchy of Hesse .

Friedrich Hallwachs was the son of the Grand Ducal Hessian Minister Wilhelm Hallwachs (1786-1860) and his third wife Maria Wilhelmina nee Sartorius (1794-1884). Friedrich Hallwachs, who was a Protestant denomination, remained unmarried. His brother Ludwig Hallwachs also became a member of the state parliament.

In 1858 Friedrich Hallwachs became a secretarial assistant in the Hessian Ministry of the Interior, where he became second class secretary in 1861 and first class in 1867. In 1872 he became a district councilor in the Vilbel district, 1874 a district councilor in the Dieburg district and in 1884 until his death in the Offenbach district .

In the 22nd and 23rd electoral periods (1875–1881) he was a member of the second chamber of the state estates of the Grand Duchy of Hesse. In the estates he represented the constituency of Upper Hesse 1 / Vilbel . He was a member of the NLP .
