action
Guido, a respected writer who is in a marital crisis and has a mistress, receives a call one day that his father is seriously ill. He wants to pay him one last visit and persuades his lover Anita to accompany him, but does not tell her the reason for the trip. Later, when he learns that his father is better, Guido reveals to Anita the real purpose of the trip. In order to suppress painful memories of the past, he goes alone to a bar where he later learns from a taxi driver that his father has died. He doesn't come back to Anita until late in the evening. While preparing for the funeral, Guido tries to hide the blonde in a hotel. Further excitement is inevitable. In the end, Anita and Guido find themselves at the cemetery, but he decides to change and leaves Fano.
