Richard Wharton (born before 1986) is an American actor .

Life

Wharton began his acting career in 1986 with an extra role in Peter Hyams ' comedy The Two Unbelievable . Three years later he played a small supporting role in the action film Call for Retribution alongside Patrick Swayze and Liam Neeson . In the 1990s he hardly had any engagements; from 2000, however, he gained a foothold on US television as a guest star; He has appeared in Star Trek: Enterprise , CSI: Vegas , CSI: Miami , Torchwood and Navy CIS, among others . From 2008 to 2009 he had a recurring guest role as pawnbroker in the soap opera Shadow of Passion .

His career on the big screen was less successful; Although he played in Hollywood - blockbusters Thor - The Dark Kingdom , but it was a small role. He only had major film roles in two television films , Dragon Storm - The Dragon Hunters and Trail of Desolation ; both directed by Stephen Furst .
