Richtenberg is a scattered settlement in the Belgian Eifel with 26 inhabitants, which belongs to the municipality of Burg-Reuland in the German-speaking community . In summer, many tourists, mainly from Flanders and the Netherlands, spend their holidays in and around Richtenberg.

Richtenberg is located between Lascheid in the north, Stoubach in the east and Leithum in Luxembourg (municipality of Weiswampach ) in the south.
history
The name "Richtenberg" initially appeared only as a field name. It is assumed that the residents of the area made the field name their place name in order to distinguish themselves from the neighboring Lascheid.
