The building at Ringstrasse 21 was registered with the number 202 in the list of monuments of the city of Bad Salzuflen in the North Rhine-Westphalian district of Lippe in Germany as an architectural monument.

The entry was made on September 30, 1991; The basis for inclusion in the list of monuments is the Monument Protection Act of North Rhine-Westphalia (DSchG NRW).
It was deleted from the list of monuments in February 2017.

The half-timbered house is in the Bad Salzufler district of Wüsten , about two kilometers northwest of the desert town center, on the edge of the salt valley .

With the merging of the upper and lower deserts and the incorporation of the desert into Bad Salzuflen and the allocation of (new) street names, the property “Krutheide?” Was given the address “Ringstrasse 21”.

The half-timbered house is a small old-age divider house , which was built as a four-column frame with a passage wall. It is a largely complete example of a rural retirement home. Due to the ruinous structural condition of the half-timbered house, the object was deleted from the list of monuments of the city of Bad Salzuflen in 2017.
