Riva del Po is an Italian municipality in the province of Ferrara in Emilia-Romagna with 7770 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019). It was formed by a merger approved on January 1, 2019 from the previously independent municipalities of Ro and Berra . Neighboring municipalities are Ferrara , Copparo , Jolanda di Savoia , Codigoro , Mesola , Ariano nel Polesine , Papozze, Villanova Marchesana, Crespino, Guarda Veneta, Polesella, Canaro.

• Porte del Delta (Gate of the Po Delta), a scenic area near the village of Serravalle, where the Po di Goro branch branches off from the main stream of the Po towards the Adriatic coast .
